I am in the process of consolidating the website data and closing the duplicate teams that everyone seems to create when they register for a new season.  PLEASE when registering for a new season, sign into your old account and apply to the next season that way.

If you are wanting to play in the 2013 Aztec Cup on Sept 21, 22nd weekend please apply:

1. If you are a WCSA Team or a 2012 Aztec Cup participant, PLEASE sign into your old account (demosphere team page) start page and apply to the 2013 Aztec Cup. This way it will have your previous season results posted on this. If you do not know who to do this, please contact sdsu.wcsa@gmail.com.

2. If you are new participant in the Aztec Cup, please email sdsu.wcsa@gmail.com you captain, coach and sports club directors email and phone numbers.  We will automatically process the application for you. 

We are working a womens division this year also. When you apply your invoice will be automatically emailed to you. Also please pick which division you would like to play and if you can play on Friday night. If you have any questions, please just email sdsu.wcsa@gmail.com for more details.

Game Forfeit = $250

Teams must contact the opposing team one week prior to game for changes and must be done via email. If you do talk over the phone please log these conversations via WCSA website/email and cc competition.wcsa@gmail.com

Late Application 1 = $450 Returning teams that do not register for the league by June 1st must pay this to amount

Late Application 2 = $550 Returning teams that do register after June 30th must pay this amount

Absence of Scheduling Meeting = $100 fine must be paid to the league before the team participates in Regionals, Open Cup, or next league session.

Teams may email the league at competition.wcsa@gmail.com if they can not attend the scheduling meeting by Jan 20th. Failure to do so will result in fine.

Missing Roster: Teams must print current WCSA Roster from Forms by Thursday 6pm for that weekends games. Failure to do can result in warning, fines, point reduction, forfeit, and removal from league.

1. First Offense: Warning
2. Second Offense: $50 fine and forfeit
3. Third Offense: $100 fine, forfeit and 3 point reduction
4. Fourth Offense: $150 fine, forfeit, additional 3 pointe reduction, relegation, and possible removal from league

Failure to Use League Officials: Teams will be subject to Game Forfiet, $250 game fine, point deduction and possible relegation/removal

Failure to Attend Post Season Events/Tournaments = $500

This fine are for teams that can not attend the event and do not contact the league via email at competition.wcsa@gmail.com by the event deadline.

Misconduct Fines: League has the ablity to issue fines for team/individual contact pending on the severity of conduct.

* All Fines must be paid prior to post season events and/or next competitive session which ever comes first.

2. UCI $100 - game ref fine

3. UCLA $100 - uniform violation

4. Chico State - $100 game ref fine

5. Pepperdine - $250 forfeit fine v Cal Poly Slo

6. Long Beach State - $100 fine for missing scheduling meeting

7.  USD - $100 fine for missing scheduling meeting

8. Claremont College - $250 Forfeit Fine vs Cal Poly Slo

9. Cal B - $250 forfeit vs Nevada

10. UCSC - $100 ref fine

11. Fresno State - $50 failure to list phone number on web

12. USF - $250 forfeit fine vs Fresno St

13. USF - $50 for not have phone number published by Feb 11th 2013

14. Claremont - $50 for not have phone number published by Feb 11th 2013

15. UCLA - $50 for not have phone number published by Feb 11th 2013

16. UCSB - $50 for not have phone number published by Feb 11th 2013

17. CSUN - $50 for not have phone number published by Feb 11th 2013

18. UCSD - $50 for not have phone number published by Feb 11th 2013

19. UCI - $50 for not have phone number published by Feb 11th 2013

20. UCI = $50 for not have having CSUF game field location and time in by Thursday 6pm before the match
