| Scheduling Meeting (Jun 13, 2010) |
Date: Saturday, June 19, 2010
Place: CSUN, University Student Union, Pasadena Room (above Fitness Center)
Time: 1PM, checking starts at 12:30PM
Requirements:
1) Have at least 1 REPRESENTATIVE be there present, ready to schedule games for the team.
2) Have your DEPOSIT ($250) with you, ready to hand in at the meeting.
UNLESS, your school is closed and you cannot have it. If that is the case, you must have your Sports Club Director email us one week before the meeting, so that we know that it is official and that the team is committed.
3) Bring pen and paper. Also have an idea of the best days and times your team can play. Along with dates that you know that you CANNOT play.

This is how the league looks for now. If your name is on the list then you are expected to have at least 1 representative at the meeting. If you don't, then you will not be able to participate for the FALL league.
First Division: Cal, Stanford, Davis, USF, UCSB, Cal Poly Slo, UCLA, SDSU
Second Division:
North: Pacific, Davis B, Nevada, UCSC, Chico St, St Mary’s, Fresno St, UC Merced,

| Mens Spring League Set Up (Jan 16, 2010) |
Standard League Policies, Procedures, and games rule apply for the
spring. The only exception is you play each team twice in your
division.
Please remember each player must fill out the league waiver form prior
to the first league game. This form will be sent via email next week.
A league roster must be filled out prior to each game and given the
Refs before kick off. The home team will provide the Refs with a
stamped Envelope with the league address on it. Each game roster will
be filled out by the refs and mailed to the league after each match.
Each Monday, league results need to be emailed to
results.wcsa@gmail.com. If these results are not received by Noon PST
on Monday, your team will be emailed and called as a warning. The
second late report will result in fines by the league, so please
report you scores weekly.
League fees are $100 which are due by Feb 15th. Please contact Holden
